The Carriage House accommodates up to eight people and includes a kitchen, two full baths, and spacious living quarters with central air and wifi.  A private patio with grill provides a relaxing outdoor space for guests.

 

Each wing of the carriage house has a separate entrance through the archway in the center.  The left side, called the "Lodge" includes a kitchen, pool table, large comfy leather sofa and television, and a bathroom with a shower designed by the MacKenzie-Childs family.  A spiral staircase in the Lodge leads to the tower bedroom with canopied queen bed surrounded by windows looking out over the fields and lake.  

 

The Balcony Room in the center of the building connects the two living areas and has a full bed and French doors which open to the cobbled courtyard.  This bedroom leads to the "Conservatory" on the right side of the carriage house. It has a split king bed and two twins, a kitchenette and dining area, and a large living area with couch and chairs overlooking a mural of the Finger Lakes.  The full bath in this area includes a shower and historic murals of the surrounding farmland.
